Impending release of 'Lost Teams of the Midlands'

The book has taken longer than anticipated due to the high number (100+) photos which will now go in the book, and the U.S.A. publishers, not too familiar with English Football teams-never mind defunct ones!- were having  location issues . Press releases have gone out, and im expecting a late November 2013 publishing date.
